About us

Hello everyone!

Welcome to our website! We are bubbling over with joy and enthusiasm, getting ready for what will surely be a very special day. Our story goes right back to May 2016, and since then we’ve been collecting memories and emotions that we haven’t been able to leave behind when planning our wedding, our day. We say “our” out of mere habit and tradition, but it’s actually each and every one of you, the ones who have joined us throughout the years, who will make it special and fill it with colours and life.  

As most of you already know, Bristol was the gathering point, the point of departure that gave rise to everything that came after: Dublin, Toulouse, and finally, our home, Madrid. Back then we were two expats in our twenties, coming from two different backgrounds, and we were completely unaware of what was looming around the corner: a major turnaround in our lives. It was clear from the beginning that it felt unnatural that we hadn’t met before, and we took the plunge and started building our own world, our own reality. 

Fast forward to today, we have gone through a whole lot of experiences: long-distance relationship, international moves, early morning flights to retrieve some extra hours with the other.. What matters now is that we are in Madrid, cheering each day, one more day with each other, with you, and this is something to celebrate!
